Profile of informational special operations "Anti NATO" in Ukraine

I’ve read the article “American pr-specialists of Yanukovich found a new job in Ukraine” with interest.
Very interesting article, both from the point of view of the special analysis, and laugh from "unfortunate manipulators". To make the American institute in Ukraine for "anti NATO" campaign is a fresh idea.
When there are open statements from Russia about Ukraine entry into the NATO – everything is clear, also the simple and banal logic of financing of anti NATO movements. But when actions are done with a breakdown into the information wars and special operations in several steps – it is always interesting. Such actions open the features of intelligence and special training of authors. It is very meritoriously that the "creators" think in several steps, but a huge "minus" is that the simple journalist can expose it. This informational special operation becomes an excellent humour for the wide public. I’ll mention this institute in my lectures about information wars – what shouldn’t be done. It is interesting, was this worked out by the Russian special services, or by PR managers of Yanukovych?
By the way, if talk about real information special operations, in a context of "ant iNATO" in Ukraine, according to the experts about 1 billion dollars has been spent on these campaigns for 15 years. The main goal of these campaigns in Ukraine was the creation of negative emotional stereotypes of the NATO in mass consciousness. Feature of these emotional stereotypes in consciousness is the reduction of rational situation assessment on this theme and discourse transferring in the emotional area. One of methods that is used, is "anchoring" (NLP) of the NATO logo with a fascist swastika (fig. see). The important characteristic of these stereotypes is the long, proof, emotionally painted fixing of installations.
If someone has a desire to make information advertising campaign of the NATO in Ukraine, all these factors will be necessary to consider.
Our company in 2006-2008 has done the qualitative researches on the analysis of "Anti NATO" campaign in Ukraine. Some slides of presentation I spread for the general acquaintance.
